Another one that I have no idea, but I am guessing it's low. I can't imagine it's as low as 3% though, so I am going to guess 10%.
I want to say 25% but can't be right so I'll say 10%. Though with all the bad oils, the various vegetable oils... corn, peanut, colza, it really could be 3%.

I think that 40 percent of the olive oil produced is extra virgin olive oil. Yes, I do have extra virgin olive oil in my pantry. Actually, I have 2 bottles on hand.
I'm guessing 10%. I always have some in my pantry.
