All are derived from wheat except for Quinoa :).
I know quinoa is a seed and I'm not sure about the others!
Kamut is an ancient wheat found in Egypt; fregula sarda is a pasta, similar to couscous, made from wheat. Quinoa and kasha (buckwheat) are not wheat, and they're not even grains. Love those trick questions!
I've only heard of, and prepared quinoa, and I know it's a seed, but I'm clueless about the others.
Kasha is wheat. That's all I know for sure.
I agree with Susan G. Quinoa and Kasha are not wheat.

If you're interested, Wikipedia has good articles on wheat and buckwheat. There's also a short article on kasha -- it means porridge in Slavic languages, and can be made of buckwheat, millet, barley, oats, rye or wheat. To me, it's buckwheat, but I see that there is a fudge factor in this.
