1. Gartini.
2. Pig's Tail Caesar.

[Last week's answer: Cornmeal and molasses, and sometimes cinnamon, are ingredients in Indian pudding.]

Honestly I have no idea but I shared the link around because I love your quizzes and want others to bang their head against the desktop as well :-)
Garli Mary (which I wouldn't mind trying) and Bloody Bulldog (not so keen on this one). We couldn't live without garlic in this house. Hopefully, we all have very healthy hearts because of it and/or this also means we are not vampires.
I am guessing Garli Mary because of the name. Bloody Mary was the first mixed drink that came to mind that I thought garlic could be in so this sounds like a sister drink.
Bloody bulldog.
No clue, but I have some sitting on my counter, in a cute little basket.
I'm afraid I got nothing on this one. All those years being a bartender have let me down.
Lydia,
Mixed drinks are not my area of expertise. Well, not much is, however, I don't know beans about mixed drinks. I do have a few heads in cold storage, and the rest of my garlic crop was roasted and is hanging in the freezer, waiting to be turned into things like last night's roasted garlic and fennel focaccia.
I know they had some sort of garlic-themed alcoholic beverage when we toured a garlic farm in northern Japan, but I was pregnant and didn't get to partake.
Thanks!
Bloody bulldog!
The only cocktail I have heard about with garlic is a garlic martini so I am guessing 1) Gartini.
Love love garlic and never without it on my kitchen counter. My daughter (now 34) used to sneak it from the veggie rack when she was a toddler and eat it. I would just find the well chewed peels spat out all over the floors :)
I can't believe I've not heard of any of these cocktails!
I definitely have garlic in my pantry. Every savory dish I make starts with either garlic or onions, and quite frequently both. As for garlic in drinks, I have no idea since I only drink wine (as far as alcoholic beverages go).
