Recipe #3 has this ingredient in it Lydia. When I am in the States I buy the larger cans.

I made a soup with this ingredient once... it seemed to cause the soup to ferment (thus exploding when the container was opened) which earned it the title of "The Angry Soup". Didn't do so well in that recipe, but I do still keep some on hand since I love the flavour so!

Number 3! I always have it in my pantry, and now my sister in Germany has to have it, too:) It is an amazing ingredient!
