True or false?
Without coconut milk, I couldn't make some of my favorite Thai and Indian curries, so I always have a few cans in the pantry. Which of the following statements about coconut milk are true?
1. Coconut milk is the liquid you find inside a coconut when you split it open.
2. Coconut milk is low in saturated fat.
3. Coconut milk is dairy-free.
4. A piña colada cocktail is made with coconut milk, rum and pineapple juice.
