Forgot to add that, yes, mayo is always in my pantry.

Answer - Emulsion - #2 - Mayo
The light version, with olive oil, is in the pantry.

Mayo - I have the Japanese mayo in my pantry. Sounds like a BBQ! (except for the fluff)

Mayonnaise. And, yes, there's Duke's and Vegenaise in the pantry

Mayonnaise. I have it in my 'fridge, but no commercial preparation rivals the homemade version.

Maionese - they even have Hellman's here in Diamantina! And although I was born and bred with Hellman's, I have to confess in my last few years in the USA, I switched to Kraft Real Mayonnaise...better flavor, less salty, seemingly less chemicals

Mayo...and I am trying to swear off of Trader Joes Wasabi Mayo and put some wasabi in yogurt (my topping for lentil burgers).

Mayonnaise, of course! I always have either Hellman's or Kraft, but since the summer mayonnaise dressed salad season is over, I have less.
Yes, homemade is superior to store, and an immersion blender makes it impossibly easy.

Mayonnaise, and I am never without several jars of it. And I bought both regular a "light" mayo but end up using the regular and ignoring the light!

Mayonnaise! I have some handy for making chicken salad for lunch sandwiches.

#2, I have it, but I'd much rather eat #4, which I don't currently have. : )

Pass the Mayo, please!

Trick Question - they all are. Well, at least the first three are, so I'm assuming the Fluff is as well. :)

Mayo - I don't have it in my pantry, I make it from scratch when I need it.

Mayo, which I have in my pantry. I used to prefer Hellman's, but now I buy Spectrum organic mayo from Whole Foods - it has a better, creamier flavor, in my opinion.
Mustard is an emulsifier...

Mayonaise. We have Hellman's Lite which I prefer for sandwiches or salads, a teeny jar of Hellman's fatfull as husband cannot mentally use a low fat product on his sandwich. We also have Spectrum Canola eggless for my vegan daughter...I don't like it as think too sweet.

Mayo, and we always have a jar in the fridge. We like to toss potatoes with mayo, garlic and herbs then roast them.

Mayonnaise which I don't use much as it always seems to mean lots of calories. I generally use greek yoghurt instead for most recipes except potato salad. Theres always a jar in the fridge.
