#2 -- Well, I made it once (recipe in the Time-Life series, Foods of the World. I have something like it which is Vietnamese, but not with that name. (Anyone know what that is?)

#2. My husband is Dutch so Indonesian food is big in our household. I used it for Indonesian Pilaf and several Dutch recipes. YUM!
