It has to be #3, but I never could have guessed it from the photo! I do have this ingredient and like it a lot. My brother Mark brought me some from Mexico once, and I am still using it.

OK, I definitely don't have this, in fact have never heard of it! It's used in recipe 3. When I looked at the photo I thought of Everything Bagels... it looks a little like the topping on those bagels!
