And to think I've been waiting to have a ham bone all these years!!!! Pea soup will be on the menu a little more often now. Thanks!

FYI, I bought this particular brand at BJ's a few months ago and I bought it because I saw it on the food network. It is pretty good, I got a lot of complitments on the taste of it after we smoked a brisket for 4 hours.
